About James Cornaby Fitness

At James Cornaby Fitness, my mission is to help people build stronger, fitter and healthier versions of themselves through consistent exercise that is both enjoyable and challenging. I pride myself on delivering fully tailored training plans that are not only detailed and goal-driven but also realistic, sustainable, and always backed by science. As a qualified Personal Trainer, I combine a deep enthusiasm for physical performance with a strong technical background, from over a decade working in science and engineering. This unique perspective drives my methodical and analytical approach to fitness coaching, enabling you to achieve your goals. After your consultation and assessment, I’ll create a training plan tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Training Sessions


Each session is designed to challenge you at the right level while building confidence and momentum. You’ll get expert coaching on form, technique, and progression - whether we're training in-person, online, or both.
