Free Consultation

Your journey starts with a free consultation - a relaxed, friendly chat to explore your fitness goals, lifestyle, motivations, and any challenges. It's your chance to learn how I work and how I can support you, with no financial commitment.

Before we meet, you'll complete a quick health screening form to highlight any medical considerations. We'll review it together to ensure your plan is safe and personalised.

The session may also include some basic fitness checks - such as posture, strength, range of motion, and sub-maximal tests - to help identify any risks and establish your starting point.

Program Design

After your consultation, I’ll build a tailored training program based on your goals, fitness level, and needs. Plans are typically structured in 4–6 week blocks, each targeting specific outcomes like strength, endurance, movement quality, or a mix.

We’ll review the plan together so you understand the approach and feel confident moving forward. We can make any tweaks that you need so that it feels right for you.

Every program is unique but may include a blend of resistance training, cardio, mobility, movement skills, etc. As you progress, I’ll adapt things like intensity and complexity to keep you moving forward.

Training Sessions

This is where your personalised plan comes to life. Every session is focused, engaging, and aligned with your goals, with an emphasis on quality movement, progression, and results.

Sessions may include a mix of strength work, cardio, mobility, skill-building, and other elements, depending on your plan. You’ll get clear coaching, motivation, and real-time feedback to ensure safe, effective training.

We’ll build a schedule that fits your lifestyle and you’ll also get ongoing support between sessions, including access to my app to keep you on track. Training can take place at my gym, outdoors, online, or in your home, depending on what works best.

On-Going Support

Support doesn’t stop when the session ends. I take pride in offering not just in-person guidance and attention to detail, but also ongoing support between sessions. Whether you need extra motivation, feedback on technique, help with nutrition, or just have a question, I’m here to help - and I’ll always aim to respond promptly.

The level of support between sessions depends on the plan you choose, with memberships providing the most comprehensive access.

Staying in touch is easy. You can message me directly through the training app I provide, or via standard messaging if preferred.

Reassessments & Goals

Progress isn’t always linear - but tracking it regularly helps keep you focused, motivated, and moving forward. At agreed intervals, we’ll revisit your goals and reassess key metrics to measure how far you’ve come and where we need to go next.

Reassessments may include fitness tests, movement checks, measurements, or performance benchmarks - depending on your goals and training focus. This helps us make informed adjustments, celebrate progress, and address any challenges along the way.

Your goals may change over time, and that’s normal. I’ll work with you to adjust targets as needed, keeping your training relevant, effective, and focused on what matters most.
