Which plan is right for you?

We’ll go through all the available options during your free initial consultation - including the three outlined here, as well as any other pricing options that may suit your needs. My goal is to make sure you fully understand what each plan includes and find the one that best fits your goals, lifestyle, and budget.

While I offer flexibility in how you train, I typically recommend my membership and training package options. These provide the most comprehensive service and support, along with valuable extras - all designed to keep you progressing with consistency and confidence. They also offer better value, with a lower cost per session compared to pay-as-you-go.

Memberships are the most premium option, offering the highest level of ongoing support and exclusive extras like recipe guides, additional workouts, and tailored resources as your training evolves.

If you're unsure, don’t worry - we’ll work together to find the option that makes the most sense for you.

FAQs

  • A personal trainer takes the guesswork out of both fitness and nutrition. You’ll receive a structured, personalised program tailored to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle - alongside expert guidance to ensure you’re training safely, effectively, and fueling your body in a healthy way.

Whether your aim is to lose weight, build strength, boost endurance, or prepare for a specific event, a personal trainer offers the accountability, motivation, and support you need to stay on track and see real, lasting results. You’ll also develop confidence in your technique, avoid common mistakes, and build habits that extend beyond the sessions.

Ultimately, working with a trainer helps you progress faster - and in a way that’s sustainable for the long term.

  • Not at all. I work with people of all fitness levels, including complete beginners. Your program will be tailored to your current ability, and we’ll build up safely and progressively from there.

  • The consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we discuss your goals, lifestyle, preferences, and any barriers you face. It also includes a health screening and may involve some basic assessments to help shape your program.

  • Training is flexible and can take place at my gym, outdoors, online, or at your home (depending on location). We’ll find the setup that works best for you.

  • Your safety is the priority. We’ll discuss any medical conditions and injuries in the consultation and tailor your program accordingly. If required, I might need to sign-post you to other healthcare professionals or get medical clearance, before embarking on a fitness program.

  • Yes! I offer fully remote training options, including live online sessions and app-based sessions. You’ll still get personalised support, regular check-ins, and guidance between sessions.

  • We’ll make the most of whatever you have access to. I can design effective programs using minimal or no equipment, and suggest affordable tools to enhance your training if needed.

  • That depends on your goals, availability, and current fitness level. Most people benefit from 1–3 sessions a week, but we’ll create a schedule that’s realistic and sustainable for you.

  • Life happens! I just ask for reasonable notice where possible. We’ll go over my cancellation and rescheduling policy during the onboarding process so everything’s clear from the start.

  • Simply book your free consultation - this is the best way to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit until you’re ready.
