Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, please note the following:

1. Notice Period
Cancellations or reschedules for individual sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For monthly memberships, cancellation or pause requests must be made with at least 30 days’ notice.  

2. Late Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and cannot be refunded or credited, unless in exceptional circumstances (see item 9).

3. No-Shows
If you do not attend a booked session without giving notice, the session will be charged in full.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, additional time cannot be added on.

5. Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Frequent rescheduling may affect your preferred time slot.

6. Block Bookings & Expiry
Prepaid sessions and packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Memberships
Monthly memberships are billed in advance. Missed sessions within a membership cannot usually be carried over unless agreed in writing.

8. Trainer Cancellations
If I need to cancel a session, I will give as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule or refund the session.

9. Emergencies
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. Genuine emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and I’ll always do my best to reschedule rather than charge for a missed session. That said, I also need to maintain a fair and consistent schedule to keep my business running smoothly.

10. How to Cancel
Please cancel via email, text or through my app. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by me.

By booking and/or paying for sessions, you agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
