Personal training isn’t just about showing up and working hard - it’s about having a plan that’s built specifically for you. I create fully personalised programmes that support your goals, with guidance on training, nutrition, and accountability every step of the way.

Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, lose weight, or simply move better, I use the latest evidence-based methods to design a plan that fits you.

I place a strong focus on technique and form, helping you move well and train safely while targeting specific muscles and adaptations. You'll also have access to tools and technology to support your progress - whether we train in-person, online, or both.

Online Training

Online training offers the same high-quality, personalised coaching as in-person sessions - just delivered remotely. It gives you the flexibility to stay consistent with your training, wherever you are.

Sessions are held via video calls and tailored around your goals, schedule, and available equipment - whether that’s dumbbells, resistance bands, or just your own bodyweight.

You’ll receive the same level of support, structure, and expert guidance as my in-person clients, with a programme designed to keep you progressing and feeling confident in your training - at home, on the go, or anywhere in between.

Nutritional Guidance

Training is only part of the picture - nutrition plays a vital role in how you feel, perform, and recover. I offer practical, personalised guidance to help you build better habits around food and get the most out of your training.

This includes support with understanding macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats), and making sure you’re getting the right balance of micronutrients too. Where useful, we can use food diaries and nutrition tracking tools - not to chase perfection, but to build awareness and consistency.

No rigid meal plans or restrictive diets - just clear, evidence-based advice shaped around your goals and lifestyle, to help you make meaningful changes that last.

Training App

All clients get access to my training app, powered by PT Distinction - your central hub for staying connected and making progress wherever you are.

Through the app, you can follow guided workouts with clear instructions and videos between sessions, track your progress from strength improvements to body measurements, and submit videos for technique feedback. You can also log habits, complete regular check-ins, and fill out forms tailored to your goals. Plus, direct in-app messaging keeps us in touch for support and accountability.

By combining structure with flexibility, the app helps you stay consistent, motivated, and focused - whether we’re training in person, online, or both.

Group Exercise

Group exercise adds a social and motivating element to your fitness journey. As a qualified run leader, I’ll soon be launching a running club designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re new to running or looking to improve your pace and endurance.

These sessions will combine coaching, camaraderie, and structured workouts to help you build fitness in a supportive environment. Group exercise is a great way to stay accountable, meet like-minded people, and enjoy your training even more.
